Thanks to David for sending this letter to the Mountain Times in support of our project! His experiences in Manchester echo the exact mission we are trying to achieve.
If you’d like to see Rutland have a park on par with the one in Manchester, please attend the meeting at City Hall at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct 21st if you can. Once we get the location approved, our own “Norman Rockwell scene” will be closer to reality than ever before.
